Lenny Gibson
Biographical Info Lenny Gibson graduated from Williams College and earned doctorates from Claremont Graduate School in philosophy and The University of Texas at Austin in psychology. He has taught at The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Burlington College in Vermont. He served a clinical psychology internship at The Veterans Administration Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and practiced in various settings. He trained and certified in Holotropic Breathwork with Stanislav and Christina Grof. Lenny is president of Dreamshadow Transpersonal Breathwork Inc., a charity devoted to Breathwork practice, propagation, and training. With his wife he has been conducting Holotropic Breathwork workshops since 1994. Lenny has over 55 years of experience and scholarship devoted to exceptional experience, including psychedelic. He is a former President of the Association of Holotropic Breathwork International and a founding director of the Federally Qualified Health Center in Rutland, Vermont, which serves about 40,000 patients. He is a twenty-year survivor of throat cancer. He farms a small homestead in Pawlet, Vermont, and plays clarinet in local bands.
